ANDERSON, SC – South Carolina manufacturer PackIQ is pleased to announce the acquisition of Michigan-based Action Wood 360°, a provider of engineered wooden packaging solutions, in a move toward vertical integration.
Having worked alongside Action Wood 360° for more than 12 years, PackIQ owners Mark Beck and Andy Gower expect the transition to be seamless. Action Wood 360° founder Chris Grobbel will remain in his current role as President. Additionally, Clip-Lok International has expressed its enthusiastic approval of PackIQ’s decision to transition from a Clip-Lok licensee to a Clip-Lok manufacturer.
